What we are and aren't
Premier Pensacola Tree Service is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local tree service professionals. We are not a tree service contractor. When you submit a request, we share your information with one or more pros in our local network so they can contact you with a free quote.
What information we collect
- Information you provide: name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, service requested, and any details you include in the form or call.
- Automatically collected: standard analytics data (pages viewed, browser type, approximate location from IP, referring URL) via Cloudflare and Google Analytics.
- Call records: if you call our tracking number, we may collect call duration, time, and caller ID. We do not record call audio unless explicitly disclosed at the start of the call.
How we use your information
- To match you with one or more licensed local tree service pros in our network.
- To respond to your inquiries.
- To improve the matching service (in aggregate).
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Local pros in our network — so they can contact you with a quote.
- Service providers we use (Cloudflare for hosting, Twilio for call routing, analytics).
- Legal authorities when required by law.
We do not sell your information to data brokers or marketing lists.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and call logs are retained for up to 24 months. Aggregate analytics may be kept indefinitely. You can request deletion at any time.

We use minimal first-party cookies for site functionality and third-party cookies for analytics and content delivery. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected and to opt out of any "sale" of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
To exercise these rights, email contact@foundrevenue.ai with your name and the request. We respond within 30 days.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
